Constantly we see ads on different platforms bragging about a special magic diet or workout plan that will "take you to the next level." The truth is; that there is no such secret; there is no two-week plan that will help build extreme muscle mass and eliminate all body fat. 

The only keys to unlocking this area of our body are more extended than any month programs. 

Over the past years, our bodies have been filled with unhealthy meals and lack of movement that one month of a diet will not be able to fix. It will take a long time and be uncomfortable at the beginning, but it is a rewarding change. 

Essential tools to follow are balance and control.

Balancing food and water intake and an activity plan will always get the right results.

Build a routine based on your needs and on your goals. Don't follow the crowd; just because it worked for one person does not mean it will work for all.
